Steve was wonderful to work with and did a fantastic job on my wife’s ring. He took the time to explain to us what was needed and did such an amazing job. Her ring came out beautiful and so much better condition than when we came in ! This is my 2nd jewelry item that we have brought in for repair that was also done beautifully. We couldn’t be happier!

I had a phenomenal experience with the owners of Jewel Rush. I brought in my Tiffany bracelet for a repair so I didn’t have to drive all the way to Green Hills. I am so glad I did. Their customer service was impeccable. They were very knowledgeable regarding my repair. My bracelet looks great. In addition they had a lot of great pieces of jewelry to see. I will definitely be a return customer.

Customer service top notch! The quality of customer service we received at Jewel Rush was something you just don't find anymore. Not only were they super friendly, but they also stopped everything to help us immediately. Our first experience with Jewel Rush was resizing a watch and they had that done for us in 30 minutes! We were so pleased that we went back to Jewel Rush the next day with a diamond ring we needed resized. They also had this done quickly within 3 days! Both pieces of jewelry came out perfect!! I would highly recommend Jewel Rush to anyone. It is so nice to be able to trust people and feel like you are truly being serviced. Jewel Rush is amazing. Honest, friendly, and trustworthy!!! My husband has a gold necklace that he wears every day that was his dad’s necklace, and the clasp got bent. I wanted to get it fixed for his birthday tomorrow. Another place had quoted me $200 to replace the clasp and said it would take 2 weeks. Jewel Rush repaired it for free by shaping the clasp back into place in 10 seconds. I highly recommend them to anyone. If google ratings went up to 10 stars, i would rate them 10 stars ⭐️ ✨.

I got a chain from here about 2 about half years ago and I love it. So about 3 months ago I got a bracelet from here also. Then I broke it (completely my fault playing around) so I went in today to fix it. He kindly explained it wasn’t able to be fixed so he offered me another Cuban bracelet. When I said it was too much he was quick to go down to a very very good deal. I shook hands a then and there. The man’s name was Steve and I commend him on the BEST customer service I’ve ever received something I take very seriously especially in luxury purchases.

The owners are wonderful: very gracious, generous, and knowledgeable. I saw the wonderful reviews for Jewel Rush on line and drove an hour to see if they could help me with an odd item to bring to a Jeweler: a premier hand coffee grinder whose tiny screws I had hopelessly stripped trying to repair the grinder myself. The owner advised me first on what I should buy at Home Depot to deal with such tiny screws and then offered to try to remove the screws himself. He succeeded in just a couple of minutes and then declined my offer to pay him. I was so delighted at the wonderful customer service that the sentimental dad in me took charge and compelled me to look around to find some jewelry for my daughter. I found a beautiful pair of ruby earrings that they sold me at a significant discount. My experience with the owners that afternoon renewed my faith in the jewel of human generosity that shines through the fog of human greed and corruption.

I have had numerous watch issues and I've taken a few watches to this store. Great customer service and very quick with repairs. I will return here in the future.
